Shipping

• Please note that during COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed. We are afraid that this is out of our control. Sorry for any inconvenience.
   

• Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am - 5:00pm AEST and may take up to two business days to process before being shipped.
   

• Shipping is within Australia only and will be charged at a $10 flat rate by Australia Post and we will provide a tracking number. once your order has been fulfilled.
   

• Free shipping is available when 4 of more pairs are purchased.

Returns​

• S4S Store takes great pride in our reputation for quality, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or store/online credit.

​

• Refunds are only available if the product is damaged or faulty. Please contact us to arrange a refund.

Items must be returned within 60 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached, and original packaging). It is preferred if you include the S4S Store return form with the item. Please read our full DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY (See Below).

• If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online or in-store you are able to exchange the products for a Store Credit only

  • "Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

• Please make sure the item is packed inside a satchel, bag or box. Any items with the label taped on the product box cannot be accepted.

​

• Customisation: Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty

S4S Store Defective Product Policy

The life expectancy of our product will depend on the age of the product, the individual wear patterns of the user and the conditions of which the product is worn under.

​

Our warranty does not extend to product that has been subject to accidental damage, misuse or any other problem that is not deemed to be a manufacturing defect.

 

 

1. All products need to be purchased through S4S Store

2. Items must be returned within a 6 months of original dispatch date to our Melbourne location.

3. S4S Store reserves the right to send back to the manufacturer if the product looks to have wear and tear or suspect misuse of the product.

4. If the product is returned within a reasonable time frame with no signs of wear and tear or suspect of misuse of product, S4S Store can provide a refund or exchange of product on the spot.

5. All product returns which are needing assessment will be completed from the manufacturer not S4S Store

6. Assessments will take up to a minimum 14 days.

7. If deemed faulty from the manufacturer, S4S Store will either exchange, refund or apply a credit note.

8. If the product is deemed not faulty, the product will be held for a maximum of 45 days. If posting is needed this cost will be passed onto the customer at the rate of $10 postage fee.

9. Any returns outside a reasonable time frame may be deemed wear and tear of the product.

10. S4S Store staff hygiene safety is our no.1 concern. S4S Store requests that all product returned is clean and does not contain any moisture or dirt.

11. In the case of a product which has had been repeatedly returned with a recurring fault S4S Store reserves the right to exchange into a different model.

12. Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.
